At 7Krave Marketplace, we offer reliable multiday shipping with typical delivery times of 2-3 business days. Our delivery timeline is designed to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently while providing you with flexibility and convenience.

Standard Delivery Options:

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee applies)
  • Same Day Delivery: Available in select areas (additional fee applies)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and shipping method selected. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order ships.

Delivery Methods

Home Delivery

Your order will be delivered directly to your specified address. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery during business hours. If you're not available, they will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Hub Pickup

For added convenience, you can choose to have your order delivered to the closest 7Krave hub in your region. This option is perfect if you're not always available at home or prefer to collect your items at your convenience. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at the hub.

Payment and Billing

Your payment method will be charged when your order is confirmed. For credit card payments, the charge is processed immediately upon order confirmation. If your order is cancelled, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking and Updates

You'll receive real-time updates about your order status via email and SMS notifications. Track your package from warehouse to delivery with our comprehensive tracking system. You can also check your order status anytime through your 7Krave account.

Delivery Fees and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location, order size, and delivery method selected. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold. Additional fees may apply for:

  • Express or same-day delivery
  • Delivery to remote areas
  • Large or heavy items
  • Special handling requirements

What to do upon delivery?

When your order arrives, please:

  • Verify that all items ordered are present
  • Check that items match your order specifications
  • Report any issues immediately to our customer service

If you're not satisfied with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Take photos of any damaged items and retain the original packaging for inspection.

Can I change my delivery address or method?

You can modify your delivery address or method up to 24 hours before your order ships. After that, changes may result in delivery delays or additional fees. Contact our customer service team to make any modifications to your order.

What if my delivery is delayed?

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays can occur due to weather conditions, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your delivery is significantly delayed, we may offer compensation such as shipping fee refunds or account credits, depending on the circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
